Location and Cost of Tutoring
Students will mostly be tutored during school hours at their own school. Some tutoring is available after school and some tutoring can be done at my home based office. I also offer online tutoring via Zoom or Teams.
Local schools I will be offering tutoring at include: Hobsonville Primary, Hobsonville Point Primary and Secondary, Marina View, West Harbour, Whenuapai, Riverhead, and Huapai.
$60 per tutoring session
Payment can be made at the start of the month for the whole month or can be paid weekly by setting up an automatic payment.
Non payment may lead to cancellation of your child's tutoring service.
Missed Lessons and Cancellations
Missed Lessons and Cancellations
There are no refunds for missed or cancelled lessons. Make-up sessions will be offered for missed lessons where some notice was given. If the student does not turn up for the lesson, then the full price of the session will be charged and no make-up session offered.
If the student is late then that cuts into the lesson time - the lesson will not be extended to accommodate. If the student has a school event or trip please let me know and we can schedule a make up lesson.
Only one cancellation and make-up lesson is allowed per month. Parents will be liable for the cost of any more missed sessions

Tutoring takes place as normal during the school term.
During school holidays - tutoring can either take place at my home based office or online via Zoom or Team meetings.
There will be no tutoring for a couple of weeks over the Christmas/New Year period.
Starting and finishing dates for the year and over school holidays will be discussed and any holidays taken will not be charged as per missed lessons during the term.
